i think on the contrarily, The 200,000 to 2,000,000 applicants may not be satisfied yet. maybe the 100,000 applicants too. Also the BREXIT EFFECT may have frightened off some Pop & Mom CPFIS and non CPF investors. i nearly was too. Let's see what happens on Monday.
